Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer an easy exchange process.

Exchange Eligibility

• Exchange requests must be made within 4 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Products showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

• The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
• We recommend using a reliable courier service and sharing the tracking details with us.

Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• We will process your exchange.
• You may:
  • Exchange for the same product in a different size, subject to availability.
  • Choose any other product from our store.
  • If the new product costs more than your exchange value, you only need to pay the price difference.
  • If the selected product costs less than your exchange value, the remaining balance will be provided as store credit for future purchases.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Products damaged due to misuse.
• Products without original tags or packaging.
• Washed or worn garments.
• Items requested after the 4-day exchange period.
